We believe that study, worship, reflection and self-care are foundational in our faith journey. To ensure that we are grounded, we provide Bible Study, support groups, Pastoral Care, and other faith exploration experiences throughout the year so that you may grow in your own understanding and be equipped to faithfully respond to God’s call in your own life. Take a look at these programs currently being offered for Spiritual Growth.
On the Second Saturday of each month, we gather in the administrative building (building behind our large building on the Green) at 8:30 AM for a continental breakfast followed by reflection and study on a designated scripture passage from one of the four Gospels. Oftentimes, we take a look at a particular passage and how it is reflected and used in each of the four gospels. Childcare will be provided as needed (contact the church office) and Second Saturdays will conclude at 9:30 AM
Bible in a Year (BiaY)
Every other Sunday following morning worship and Fellowship Hour (usually around 11:30 AM) and/or on every other Tuesday evening at 6 PM, a dedicated group gathers to discuss readings they’ve finished as we work together to read the entire Bible in a year. Though the current group is closed, as soon as we are done a new season will begin. If you would like to be a part of BiaY, please contact the church office for information about our next session.
Intermittently, throughout the year, our congregation gathers for Soul Café. Soul Café is a wonderful time to come together and feed your spirit. Using multimedia, Scripture, world events, art, and other media, we seek to strengthen our faith through exploration of the ways God works directly and indirectly through the stories we hear and are a part of in the world. For upcoming Soul Café’s check back here and also follow the link to our church’s calendar for date, location and time updates.
